My E-ID seems to be invalid. What can I do?

You need to identify yourself again.

If your personal data changes due to loss of your identity card, marriage, new telephone number or loss of your Mobile ID Pin / Signing password, you must be re-identified by an ID Officer. Check whether your company uses the ID app for identification or make an appointment here for identification with us at our company headquarters (Trust Square, Bahnhofstrasse 3, 8001 Zurich).
