# E-Mail template – Invitation to the training of ID officers

## We are happy to provide you with an e-mail template to invite your ID officers for identification and training by Skribble.

Dear colleagues

In order to be able to sign documents digitally in a legally binding manner (qualified electronic signature QES) in the future, we are now working together with Skribble. On the **DD.MM** Skribble will come by to identify and train you as ID officers. You'll learn how to identify and enable employees, customers and suppliers to sign using Swisscom's ID app.

**In preparation for this appointment,** I ask you to take the following steps:

- **Set up Mobile ID (asap):** Authentication via the mobile phone is much easier if the service Mobile ID is activated. At [mobileid.ch/en](https://www.mobileid.ch/en) you can check whether your Mobile ID is already activated or if your SIM card is Mobile ID enabled. If this is not the case, you can order a new SIM card from your provider. A new Mobile ID enabled SIM card is available free of charge from almost all providers. We recommend all signers to apply for the Mobile ID, but this is not a prerequisite.
- **Set up a Skribble account:** Create an account on [skribble.com/en](https://www.skribble.com/en). Since you need to be identified before you can sign a profile, you will not be able to create the profile completely.

**Please bring the following to the appointment:**

- Valid ID or passport
- Personal mobile phone used for authentication
- If Mobile ID is configured, PIN to Mobile ID
