It seems like the document I wanted to sign is too large. What can I do?
Note: You can face this issue when signing from OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive.
When you sign a document that is not a PDF, Skribble first creates a PDF document out of it. This happens in the background, and you won't even notice it.
If the document is too big, you'll see the following message: Oops, your document is too large. The maximum size allowed varies depending on the document type and is defined by Microsoft and Google.
Here's what you can do:
- Try again with a smaller document
Reduce your document's size and try again. You could remove or replace large images, for example.
- Try again with a PDF document
Create a PDF document and try again. The maximum allowed size is 40 MB.
