QES not activated after successful video or bank identification

More than 30 min. have passed, but I can't sign. What can I do?

If you still can't sign after getting identified, please check if you've received the following 2 text messages from our partner Swisscom Trust Services:

    • First text message to accept the Terms of use and to set or confirm the signature password
    • Second text message confirming that you can sign with QES

Here's what you can do:

  • No text messages received?
    Get in touch with our support at support@skribble.com. You may need to go through the identification once again.
  • Terms of use not yet accepted?
    Open the first text message and click on the link to accept the Terms of use. Once done, you should be able to sign with QES.
  • Does the phone number provided during the identification match the one on Skribble?
    If not, we won't be able to unlock QES for you. You can try updating these details here.
