In HubSpot, you can sign documents from the "Deals" sections. To do so, go to "Sales", then "Deals". Open a deal, then go to"Skribble Electronic Signature", and click "Sign with Skribble". Be sure you have a PDF document attached to a deal.
Good to know: Your admin will need to connect HubSpot with your company’s Skribble Business for you to be able to sign. Here's how it works.
To sign a document from within Hubspot:
Go to Sales, then click Deals
- Open a deal and navigate to Attachments to check if a document is attached
- No attachments? Upload a PDF document (up to 40 MB) by clicking Add – Upload new
Then navigate to Skribble Electronic Signature at the bottom of the page and click Sign with Skribble
Tip! Don't see Sign with Skribble? Check with your admin if they've connected HubSpot with Skribble Business. Also, your HubSpot and Skribble e-mail addresses must match.
If multiple documents are attached to your deal, choose one at a time, then click Next
- You'll need to log into your Skribble account if you're signing the first time or after a longer break
- Click Invite signers at the top-right and follow the instructions
Where do I find my signed documents?
After all invited parties have signed the document, you'll find it under Attachments on the right-hand side of the deal (look for _signed.pdf following the document name). In addition, you can find all signed documents in the Signed with Skribble folder under Marketing – Files and templates – Files.
