Integrate the Identification Process for Your Business and External Parties
When it comes to signing documents with the qualified electronic signature (QES), the efficient and secure identification of individuals is an essential component. Skribble offers businesses a seamless solution that integrates the identification of both internal and external users directly into the Skribble service. This significantly simplifies the process and improves the user experience by avoiding media disruption and eliminating the redirection to external identification services.
Users who do not have an active identification package are directed to the identification page of Swisscom, where they can purchase identifications.
Customised packages
Skribble provides customised identification packages that are tailored to the needs of your business. These packages allow your company to cover the costs of identifying employees and customers, offering the following options:
- Internal Identifications: For members of your Skribble account
- External Identifications: For all individuals invited to sign by members of your Skribble account
- Combined Identifications: For both internal and external users
Furthermore, you can choose whether the identifications should be conducted according to Swiss law (Zertes), EU law (eIDAS), or both legal systems.
Transparent Cost Structure
The cost structure for the identification packages is transparent and user-friendly. Skribble only charges for successful identifications and offers:
- Identifications according to Zertes: CHF 37 per identification (minimum of 50 identifications)
- Identifications according to eIDAS: EUR 15.50 per identification (minimum of 50 identifications)
The package has a validity period of one year, and the price remains the same for 50 to 200 identifications. For larger volumes, Skribble is happy to provide a customised offer.
How to Purchase an Identification Package
To purchase an identification package, we ask you to provide us with the following information:
The desired number of identifications Who should be able to identify themselves (internal/external) For which legal jurisdiction you need the identifications (CH/EU) When the package should be activated Upon receipt of this information, we will contact you to start the process and coordinate all further steps.
