# Sending a 21 CFR Part 11 signature invitation

## This article explains how to send a 21 CFR Part 11 signature invitation using Skribble, covering steps from uploading a document and selecting signers to placing visual signatures and sending the invitation.

CFR Part 11 signing is only available to customers in the Scale plan and needs to be activated.

Only users with a Skribble account can sign documents with 21 CFR Part 11 signatures.

To start a signature invitation with 21 CFR Part 11 signatures, just upload the PDF and start a regular signing process. 

### To send a 21 CFR Part 11 signature invitation:

- Select who needs to sign the documents, only you or several people

- On the top right click **Next**
- Enter the email address of everyone who needs to sign
- Click on **Add** **signer** to add more signers
- If needed, set a signing sequence

- On the right side, you will see the document with the visual signature fields of the signers 
- Drag them to any place in the document where they should sign. 

**Note!** A visual signature needs to be placed on the document for each signer.

- Click **Next** at the top-right
- Click **Send invitation** at the top-right
