We are happy to provide you with an e-mail template to invite your ID officers for identification and training by Skribble.
Dear colleagues
In order to be able to sign documents digitally in a legally binding manner (qualified electronic signature QES) in the future, we are now working together with Skribble. On the DD.MM Skribble will come by to identify and train you as ID officers. You'll learn how to identify and enable employees, customers and suppliers to sign using Swisscom's ID app.
In preparation for this appointment, I ask you to take the following steps:
- Set up Mobile ID (asap): Authentication via the mobile phone is much easier if the service Mobile ID is activated. At mobileid.ch/en you can check whether your Mobile ID is already activated or if your SIM card is Mobile ID enabled. If this is not the case, you can order a new SIM card from your provider. A new Mobile ID enabled SIM card is available free of charge from almost all providers. We recommend all signers to apply for the Mobile ID, but this is not a prerequisite.
- Set up a Skribble account: Create an account on skribble.com/en. Since you need to be identified before you can sign a profile, you will not be able to create the profile completely.
Please bring the following to the appointment:
- Valid ID or passport
- Personal mobile phone used for authentication
- If Mobile ID is configured, PIN to Mobile ID
Please don’t hesitate to contact me in case of questions.
Best regards,
