Open the document you want to delete. Then, click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the document name and click "Delete".
Note: Deleting a document will only delete it from your personal account. Other recipients will still be able to view it.
You can only delete Completed or Declined documents that were either signed by all signers or declined by at least one invited recipient.
- Go to Completed or Declined documents
- There are 2 ways you can delete a document:
- (a) Open the document you want to delete and click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the document name, then click Delete
- (b) Hover over the document you want to delete and click the encircled i in the upper-right, then click the Delete icon
- Click Delete to confirm
Tip! If you've invited someone to sign a document, you can withdraw the signature invitation and delete the document at the same time. Learn more.
